This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made on MD UNLOCKER. Because we offer digital services, all customers must read this policy before ordering.

1. Digital Services Are Non-Refundable

• All services are digital; once delivered or used, they cannot be refunded.
• No refunds for wrong IMEI, wrong model, wrong service, or user mistakes.

2. Order Processing Rules

• Orders in process cannot be cancelled.
• You must wait for the server result, even if delayed.
• Successful server results are not refundable.

3. Third-Party Tool/Server Services

• Many services rely on external tool servers.
• We are not responsible for server delays, unsupported models, or offline issues.
• Issues must be taken to the official tool support team.

4. Automatic Wallet Refunds

• If the tool/server automatically rejects an order, the amount is instantly added to the user’s MD UNLOCKER wallet.
• If the server is offline and the order fails before processing, the system may auto-refund to the wallet.
• Wallet refunds only — no bank refunds unless approved by the official provider.

5. When a Refund May Be Possible

• Only if the official tool/server team approves the refund.
• No activation, license, or credit should have been used.
• Refund processing may take several days.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• Wrong IMEI, wrong model, or wrong service entered by the user.
• Submitting stolen, lost, or blacklisted devices.
• Device hardware/software issues.
• Delays caused by official tool servers.
• Change of mind after purchase.

7. Credits, Activations & Licenses

• All credits, licenses, and activations are final once added to the user account.
• Used or partially used credits cannot be refunded.
• Our responsibility ends when credits are delivered to your account.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud

• Chargebacks or disputes may cause permanent account suspension.
• We may provide order logs to authorities if a fraudulent dispute is made.
